First, we get to know each other. Through a Zoom or a phone call, we listen to your social media marketing needs, help you define your objectives, and set marketing goals. We ask questions about what’s worked and what hasn’t and how you set about doing or not doing the art of marketing. If our ears aren’t working for you, then our fingers won’t be much help either. We guide our initial call on letting the conversation flow where it needs to because that’s where all the good ideas come from.

What about pricing and packages and contracts?

Let’s start with contracts. You are not contractually obligated to work with our social media agency. If you don’t want to be there, then our work won’t meet your marketing goals. Not everyone is for everyone and that’s ok. We do ask for a 30-day termination notice so your social media accounts are ready for your next digital marketer to take over.

This leads us to the length of time you will be working with us. We have long-term clients that we’ve been managing their social media for 5 or more years. We have a few serial entrepreneurs that bring us on whenever they begin a new venture. We also work with businesses for shorter periods of time. We recommend 6 months to really see marketing results, especially if a client is only doing organic social media. If we’re managing paid ad campaigns, then your marketing ROI will come faster.

We have a serious rule at our agency, we don’t offer package pricing. Every business has different goals and objectives when it comes to social media marketing. Every business is starting at different places on social media. All our written content is original to your business. We do not use templated corporate content and we never publish the same content to multiple businesses. As a client, you own everything we create.

Unless otherwise specified in our proposal, we use high-quality digital photos that are royalty-free and publicly licensed. Of course, the absolute best is when we can work with a professional photographer and videographer to capture your brand aesthetic. We know that’s not always in the budget, so we do ask that there is one person on-site who is responsible for taking and sending us images and videos. This person should be interested in this task and willing, otherwise, it will fall way down on their to-do list.

Social media marketing strategy development
Once you provide us access to all your social media platforms and website analytics, we being our social media audit. We look at the local and national competition, similar businesses, and your industry as a whole. This provides insight into the culture and language of your work and shows us how your target audience presents themselves online.

Scheduling and publishing your content on social media
We use a content management system that allows us to compose your social media posts, tag accounts, add hashtags, and first comments. Depending on your business, we schedule 2 - 4 weeks ahead of time and can always rearrange posts based on need. We send you a visual schedule in PDF format that allows you to review and edit your posts and request changes.
