Social media management created for a limited event featuring an early preview of a high school football documentary with the purchase of a ticket. The goal was to raise the funds to complete the movie and support local community businesses.

 
 
We really didn’t know where to start in terms of engaging with our audience on social media. About The Client

Hustle & Harmony is a football and community documentary that takes place in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania created by two brothers from the area. In order to raise funds for the editing and release of the film, they held a special preview event followed by a Q&A.

 
 

The Process

We created an event campaign that mirrored the cadence of a football game from the fan perspective. From tailgating, to find your seats, through players running out of the tunnel and the coin toss, social media fans were hyped up for the ticketed preview of this football documentary.

 
 

Social Media Results

After Facebook and Instagram optimizations, we began inviting the communities supporting these regional football teams to the pages. We offered incentives, branded gear, and ticket purchase initiatives to the preview and Q&A and supported local sponsors. Using verified hashtag research and ethical audience building, both platforms enjoyed a surge of followers and engagement, leading to a packed house for the event.
